Driving the wrong way... for 75 miles?!
None of us are saints on the road 100% of the time, and I’m sure we’ve all done things we’re not exactly proud of.
That being said, there’s going a bit heavy on the right foot… Perhaps a late brake here at there…
…And then there’s this.
A woman recently went from New Hampshire to Massachusetts driving the wrong way.
And no, I don’t mean she took the wrong turn.
I mean she completed the ENTIRE journey travelling on the wrong side of the road, and seemingly intentionally too.
It’s unclear where exactly in these two states she was starting from and going to, but a quick search on Google Maps reckons it’s 75 miles, aka an hour and 15 minutes, between the two places.
Not exactly a quick whizz to the shops.

Luckily nobody was hurt in this case but not everyone is so fortunate. So if you’ve got a spell of driving abroad coming up, what with all these bank holidays and the summer, and you’re going somewhere where they drive on the other side of the road…
Make sure you take steps to remind yourself which side of the lines you should be on!! I tape a sign on my steering wheel to remind me - what’s your best tip?!
Let me know, and do give us a shout if you want to get your car serviced or checked before any long journeys coming up.
Stay safe out there,
Ian
