I brought my car in for an interim service as vehicle on very low mileage, just over 4,600 so no need for a full service yet. I travel from Wales because I love this Ford dealership in Buckingham, all the staff and they know me very well. I bring my sausage dog, Vinnie with me all the staff know him and love him. Excellent service, and even my car was cleaned as normally if its an interim car doesn't always get cleaned but it was perfect inside and out. Sammy is the best car cleaner in the world! I also had a courtesy car so I could pop off and do any shopping while the car was being serviced. Great dealership wouldn't go anywhere else the bunch in Swansea, Days they are a franchise not a Ford Dealership and they never have any courtesy cars so I never use them its always Ford Buckingham the best dealership. Great customer service from Val and Chris as always and I always feel at home when I bring my car in, very welcoming all the staff. Best of luck I hope they continue to keep doing what they do best. Great local company with low staff turnover. We've used them for nearly 20 years and actually choose Ford vans and cars specifically because we know this garage will look after them for us so well. Can't recommend them highly enough. They recently changed their name and I just hoped that doesn't mean they've been bought out by a corporate group.

I have been purchasing my cars with Buckingham Ford for last 13 years. I can honestly say whatever problem that I may have it is sorted without issue from everybody in sales to the servicing dept or even more important the management if they have to.
The customer service is second to none and it makes you feel that they are the extended part of your family.
Buckingham Ford deserves every success that comes its way because they operate there business with such a friendly manner and it feels personnel to the customer, and more important you are never pushed into a decision unless you are happy to proceed a deal.No wonder some of there customers travel from long distances away to return to do repeat business.
I hope to spend many more years of lovely friendly banter with Ian ,James and Jacob and all others in the team.

I am reviewing these guys everywhere I can, because they have been one of the best garages I've ever had the pleasure of using (and I've used a few in my 40+ years of driving!) It's such a breath of fresh air to find a garage who are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was able to get a pick-up and drop-off for my car's MOT and service, and the people I dealt with there were so wonderful.

They knew I needed the car back for a chiropractor appointment, so when there was an issue, they were kind enough to loan me a courtesy car till they were able to return mine. The work they did was impeccable and they even cleaned it (and better than the car wash guys I'd used,) before returning it! Not the cheapest, but certainly not the dearest - and extremely fair! 100% worth it.

Decent, honest and reliable. Highly recommend these guys.

Wow this is bit different. A bit old school and customer focused the big fancy dealers that don't give a toss could learn a great deal from this dealer. Friendly, efficient and go out of their way to make purchasing a car a rewarding experience. No pressure at all, offered a good part exchange deal and by the looks of other reviews this will be my service garage of choice going forward. When we picked up our new to us car it was brought around to the front and then "this will never do. I'll be back in a moment". Jenny brought the car back with half a tank of fuel, nice and very welcome. The whole experience has been way better than any big dealer we've dealt with and no call centre either. Love it.

I just wanted to recognise the great work done by your body shop team and in particular Kieran. My Range Rover required the rear bumper respraying after it was damaged by another car in a car park. The whole process from start to finish was a lesson in how to run this kind of operation properly. First class repair work and first class customer service. Highly recommend the team here to anyone needing bodywork on their car carried out.
